Craft is designed with multiple layers of protection, covering data transfer, encryption, network configuration, and application-level controls, all distributed across a scalable, secure infrastructure.

As a Multi-Tenant SaaS platform, we make sure the users’ data is secured and private. A user cannot see or access any of the other users’ data unless he/she is authorized to do so.

We ensure that no company can see another company’s data. This is the core of our obligation to Craft users.

Craft has a data recovery plan. Our databases are always replicated synchronously, so a quick recovery can be executed at any time. As an extra precaution, a snapshot of the databases is taken daily, to allow recovery in extreme conditions.

We offer two account options. All of our Annual plans include a 20% discount, and can be terminated at the end of each contract year. Our Monthly plans can be terminated at any time. Cancellation for Monthly plans becomes effective at the end of the current billing month.

Yes, you can switch from monthly to annual payments. Or from any type of plan to the other. If you need our help you can contact our support.

Our free trial is for the Pro plan. When you finish your trial you can decide on which plan to continue with- Essential, Pro. Or perhaps you need the Enterprise plan.

After the trial is over you can upgrade to a paid account and choose a plan that is the most suitable plan for your needs. In case there’s a gap between the end of your trial and the start of your upgraded plan, your data and integrations will remain intact unless notified otherwise.

Contributors are any team members who can view and/or comment on any unit built in craft.io (user story/epic/feature/roadmap). This might be a team member in UX/UI/R&D/Sales/CS/Management.

Product Admin is any team member who owns and manages a product or products on the platform. This could be a PM/CEO/VP Product/CPO, etc. Admins can view/add/remove Editors from using the product and can manage integrations.

Product Editor is any team member who owns and manages a product or products on the platform. This could be a PM/CEO/VP Product/CPO, etc. Editors can see who else is using the product and can view integrations, but cannot add new editors or change/add/remove integrations.

Feedback Manager is any team member who can edit and fully use the feedback manager section of Craft.io. This could be Feedback Managers, Customer Success Managers, Delivery Managers, etc.
